Rabbi Barak Bar-Chaim has a recurring dream. He's in a place where Jews from all denominations and all walks of life are enjoying a meaningful Shabbat experience.

The dream is reality and Rabbi Barak is the spiritual leader who makes it happen. How does he do it? He's warm, non-judgmental, and inspiring. We look up to him and we're proud to call him our spiritual leader.

Rabbi Bar-Chaim is a native South African with 10+ years in the rabbinate. He's a modern-orthodox Jew who lives his values. Not only is he the head of our synagogue family, but  Rabbi Barak and his wife Aliza have their own beautiful family with three children; Leora, Shira and Aryeh. Read more about Rabbi Barak Bar-Chaim.  Contact Rabbi Barak Bar-Chaim

Cantor Henry Shimansky, if you hear music and ruach (spirit), you know he is in the house!

Our beloved Chazzan leads us in inspired davening that is positively transformational. It's not easy to engage a congregation in song and prayer, but Henry never fails us. We look forward to each Shabbat where we are surprised and delighted with melodies, old and new.

Cantor Henry Shimansky calls Boca Raton home, but he hails from New York. Debbie Steinberg-Shimansky is Henry's wife, friend and mother of their son, Daniel. The Shimansky family extends as far west as California, where Henry enjoys visiting his children Tammy and Michael, and their families.
